Mint – 1-2 bunches
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chili – 1
Tamarind pulp – 1 tsp
Pomegranate powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1-2 pinch
Roasted cumin powder – 1 pinch
Red chili powder – 1 pinch (optional)
Sugar – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Black salt – 1 pinch
Plain salt – as per taste

Mint Water Recipe
To make mint water full of taste and nutrition in summer, first of all wash and clean the mint leaves by putting them in water. After this break the mint leaves and separate them. If you want, you can also use mint leaves. Now put mint leaves, ginger piece, tamarind pulp and green chilies in the mixer jar and grind everything. After grinding well, filter the mixture with the help of a sieve.

Now add 2 glasses of cold water to the filtered mixture and dissolve it with the help of a spoon. After this add dry mango powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, black salt, cumin, plain salt as per taste and mix well. Finally, add one spoon of lemon juice to the mint water and keep the mint water in the fridge for half an hour to cool. Pour the mint water in a serving glass after it cools down and serve after adding 1-2 ice cubes on top.
